Hi @narath. One more request. Can you add an option to the settings to opt out of email nudges. I do appreciate having those pop up in MTF app, but I don’t necessarily want google to read all my goals and accomplishments. In general, I do not like to disclose personal information in emails.

Hey @Bartski - yes, you are right. It was set as a single preference (nudge me however), but will work on making it possible to opt-out of email nudges.

Hey @Bartski - I’m pleased to let you know that you can now opt out of the nudge emails.
In your browser, head to your preferences ( MakeTimeFlow )
Then scroll to Rituals, and you’ll be able to turn them off:
Let me know if it works for you (including no nudge emails coming through!)
