Hey everyone,
We’ve made some solid progress on both core and (hopefully) delightful experience updates.
Since our last post we’ve made a number of updates which you can read all about here. A few of the key updates include:
- Updated and integrated AI coaching assistance throughout the platform - using voice, or text, and now with pro-active help through “coach suggestions” - see your beginning of the week review your goals page, your shutdown reflection and your WRAP reflection
- We use this as a Flow team, to share what we are working on this week, what we got done each day, and our weekly wrap up
- Note: it separates work updates from your other whole life updates - which has been really important to me and my team (your life is or could be rich and whole, and these activities matter too but they do not always need to be shared with your work colleagues)

- Deeper aligned actions - through your goals, your smart bets, your personal experiments and how you manage your time and attention. This now flows throughout the system including your rituals, now also including understanding your important relationships (a core flourishing domain, and essential to working well in high performance teams of all kinds), your personal strengths and coaching insights.
- You can now customize your rituals, adding steps to the core ones.
- Project colors - so you can see at a glance what your week has been like
- Improved quick add and task autocomplete - to help reduce cognitive load of getting tasks our of your head and into your trust system, as well as reminding you of tasks you’ve already defined, and bringing them to the right place (focus or time blocks).
They are really helping me to find flow with the platform - I hope they do for you as well.
