I hope you are all having a wonderful summer. I’ve used a lot of the flow techniques to keep this a really deep success summer as well. With some focused cognitive high performance time in Paris, before travelling to be with family, I was able to complete an rough initial version of a conversational agent. There’s a lot that I think is potentially interesting about it - what I am most interested in is supporting different ways of thinking - specifically “thinking out loud”.
You can access this new conversational mode in a few different ways
- when clearing your mind (in your begin well ritual)
- when reflecting (either in your daily shutdown, or in your weekly reflection)
- and at any time during the day (use the microphone icon, or “voice” in the command palette (Cmd-K or Ctrl-K))
If you are interested in trying in, feel free to request it within the app and I can enable it for you. If you do try it, please do send me at least 1-2 new ideas on how to improve it.

I’ve also updated the app to better support voice mode, and to improve the ability to detect the operating system you are running on (this helps to choose the right keyboard shortcut modifiers, and in the future will allow us to do helpful os specific features). You can get it from MakeTimeFlow
