Improved new Focus mode in laptop screens

I heard from some very helpful users that the new “command central” focus mode was not really useful in laptop screens. We’ve tried to improve this by

1. Making notes collapsible. (use the collapse caret on the right)
2. Making the highlight area smaller when there is no highlight (we think it is still important to try to encourage you to think of using this)

Here’s a screenshot in a laptop sized display.
